Getting Started: Scheduling, Fees & Contact Info
To get started in therapy, the best first step is to call or email to let me know you’re interested in therapy and book an initial free consult. This will be a brief call for me to get a sense of what is going on for you and what you’re looking for, and to discuss the details of what therapy might look like for your situation.
Scheduling
To schedule an initial consult, please feel free to call or email me to request a time to connect. I will generally reply within the same business day, or the following morning if I receive an inquiry after hours. You can also schedule a time via my online scheduler at the link below. Once you schedule, I will reach out to confirm the session and whether you’d prefer phone or video.
Fees
The following are my current rates for new clients. I currently work primarily via private pay, though I can provide a superbill for insurance purposes for plans that reimburse out of network (OON) mental health benefits.*
If you have Cigna or Aetna insurance, I can see you at Okay Humans in Brentwood under insurance (see “Additional Practice Locations” below).
Individual Adult Therapy: $175/50 min session
Child & Family Therapy: $175/50 min session
Please note: Child therapy is generally a collaborative effort that frequently involves parent sessions, family sessions, and/or phone or video parent check-ins. We will collaborate to determine the best working method for your child and your family, and determine a good faith estimate for the course of our work together. Parent meetings will be pro-rated against a 50-min rate if longer than 10 minutes.
Couples & Relationship Therapy: $200/session (50 minutes)
Sliding Scale
*I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who have demonstrated need. Please inquire if interested and I will be happy to discuss sliding scale options and/or provide lower-fee referrals.

My practice is located in Playa Vista, at the intersection of Jefferson Blvd and Inglewood Blvd. Street parking is readily available in the neighborhood, within a block’s walking distance to the entrance of the office.
