Welcome! Good to hear from you.
I support adults, couples, and families confronting a range of needs across the spectrum of mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, from individual symptom management and search for meaning, clarity, and self-love, to complex family, relational, and childhood concerns.
Some struggles may manifest as anxiety, depression, mood swings, feelings of coming unraveled, or interpersonal conflicts at work or home. An unmet longing for growth may manifest as feeling stifled, stuck, bored, uninspired, trapped, or despondent about the future. I work with the idea that all of these seemingly alien experiences are known quantities in the human experience and there is always space to take a next small step forward.
My therapeutic approach
Mental, spiritual, emotional and even physiological distress are often directly related to our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships, with roots in our past experiences. We may not be fully in control of these aspects of our lives, but we can gain more familiarity and fluency with them, build skills, and influence our inner and relational experiences with practice and attention.
While we can’t help our conditioning, locating core beliefs, personal narratives, and biases allows us to make new conscious decisions about how to govern our lives. Reclaiming energy that has been powering past stories and utilizing it to craft new relationships to ourselves, to others, and to our own stories can bring a renewal of vitality and inspiration. Authenticity and honesty are important guideposts to strive for along the way, and I strive to cultivate a space that is authentic and inviting of the full spectrum of the multiple facets of you. Together we can experiment, discover, and explore who and how you want to be out in the world and within your innermost self.

Is this the right fit for me?
My clients are resilient and persistent, willing to explore what is driving them and what might be getting in the way. Sometimes we get stuck, sometimes we celebrate, and sometimes we cry. Often we engage curiosity and inquiry as a pathway forward to greater understanding, clarity, self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and ease.
I currently offer in-person psychotherapy in Playa Vista, California, on the Westside of Los Angeles.
